Mountain View Management has become the first property management company in Burlington, Vermont to offer its clients fully interactive web based services. Through the Company’s website, condominium owners, landlords and tenants can track financial data in “real time”, make payments, view leases, post announcements and even make and track maintenance requests online. The Company’s website also allows tenants to search for rental listings and apply for apartments online.

January 2007
During the first phase of the website, Legitify worked with EpikOne, an online consultancy, to devise the strategy and integrate the web platform. We utilized Google's GBase as the listing engine as a solid short term, low budget, but appropriate solution.

March 2007
Legitify provided Strategy and Custom Programming services to impliment a custom ecommerce solution. The simple, yet smart payment application enables Mountain View Management customers to pay online in a simple one step process.

June 2007
The second phase involved a redesign of the interface and deployment of the new site in Legitify Property Manager. Legitify Property Manager now manages all content including the rental listings, Rob Foley's Blog, video and more. We also set it up so MVM can accept direct debit payments using ACH.

Legitify is currently providing professional digital content services including video and photography.
